Shipping policy

Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

Production & Shipping Times All products are made to order. Please allow the following timeframes from the date of order:

  • Production time: approximately 15 days
  • Shipping time: 10–15 business days
  • Total estimated delivery: 4–6 weeks from order date

Shipping Costs

Australia:

  • Free shipping to most states
  • $120 AUD surcharge applies to Western Australia (WA), Northern Territory (NT), and South Australia (SA) — applied at checkout

International:

  • United Kingdom: from $49 AUD (batteries) / $99 AUD (kits)
  • Europe: from $99 AUD (batteries) / $99–$129 AUD depending on product

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our Order Tracking page or directly with the courier.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost orders: If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, contact us at support@amp-x-electric.com with your order number
  • Damaged orders: Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number
  • Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a remedy (replacement or refund) if a product is lost or damaged during shipping

Shipping Restrictions Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or local regulations. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us before ordering.
