Warranty Coverage
All Amp-X Electric products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty periods vary by product — refer to your specific product page for exact coverage details.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
How to File a Warranty Claim
- Email support@amp-x-electric.com with your order number and a description of the issue
- Attach proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) and photos or videos of the fault
- Our team will assess the issue — if it can't be resolved remotely, we may ask you to return the product for inspection
What's Not Covered
- Damage from improper assembly or unauthorised modification
- Damage from misuse, including riding on public roads where prohibited, racing, or neglecting maintenance
- Failure to follow the provided instructions
If misuse is identified, the warranty will be voided and the customer is responsible for all associated costs.
Australian Consumer Law
Our warranty does not limit your rights under ACL. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of this warranty.
