Refund & Return Policy — Amp-X Electric Effective Date: 26 June 2025
Returns Eligibility You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and unassembled
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid receipt or order confirmation
How to Return
- Contact us at support@amp-x-electric.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number
- Ship the item back at your own cost — return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Once received, we'll inspect the item against our return criteria
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 30 days
Non-Returnable Items
- Customised or personalised products
- eBike kits or batteries that have been assembled or used
- Prebuilt eBikes that have been used
Change of Mind We do not accept change of mind returns. Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we are not obligated to provide a refund if you simply change your mind. However, if a product has a major fault — is unsafe, significantly different from its description, or fails to perform as expected — you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
Warranty Claims For manufacturing defects or performance issues, please contact us directly. Warranty periods are:
- Motor & Controller: 12 months
- Battery: 18 months
- Charger: 12 months
